本文通过对青岛市“走出去”企业的问卷调查，在分析“走出去”企业税收方面存在问题的基础上，提出完善税收政策、规范税收管理、优化纳税服务和加强部门合作的意见和建议，以发挥税收在鼓励和规范我国企业“走出去”中的积极作用。
